STARRBABY WRLDWIDE was founded in 2021 by Emmanuel Lofton p.k.a Scootie Wop of Hilton Head, South Carolina. The initial purpose was to establish a brand and take a chance as a creative, tattooing the first original logo on his hand, there was no turning back from the vision. As time passed the framework all started to come together. Creating the official logo with the “star smiley” and locking in the neon green that is seen everywhere on socials. Inspired by creatives like his mother, Elias Vargas, Phresh and Avery Doreen, Emmanuel began stepping into his own with confidence. With streetwear paying homage to different experiences in life to producing and building up artist he believes in.
